This two-part episode concerns the systematic rape of hundreds of women by a police officer, filmed by him, and ends in an execution.

Milan, 1992. A copy of a tape leaves Morocco, and a Moroccan man watching it recognises his own sister. What he does next sets off a complaint no Casablanca police station can bury, because it never started in one.

The trail runs through the Italian embassy to the prime minister and the king, then into a courtroom the whole country watched. Tabet was sentenced to death in March 1993 and shot at dawn that August at Kenitra central prison. No one has been executed in Morocco since. Which of the officers around him were charged, and which were not? What happened to the women named in court? And what did Morocco close by killing one man so quickly?
